Problem
We’re looking to buy or ugrade, but we don’t know what hardware, operating systems or third party software VA Smalltalk/ VAST Platform needs.
Solution
This document summarizes the hardware and software required by VA Smalltalk/ VAST Platform. The following configurations have been tested.
Please note that software must all belong to the same platform and bitness as the VA Smalltalk/ VAST Platform installation. Mixing files from different bitness can have unpredictable results.
