I would like to evaluate my Smalltalk application against the ANSI Smalltalk Standard, but I don’t know where to get a copy of that standard.

Draft Revision 1.9 (12/1997) of “American National Standard for Information Systems - Programming Languages – Smalltalk” is also available. It may be found useful since it includes the rationale for many of the decisions made by the standards committee. Since this is the final draft document, its contents do not differ substantially from the final approved standard (ANSI INCITS 319-1998).
