Before proceeding, you must first install the Dynamic Data Exchange feature, if you have not already done so.

Select Load Features from the Options menu on the Organizer window. A window appears with a list of features that can be installed. Select VA: DDE Support from the list and select OK. Messages are sent to your System Transcript window indicating the progress of the install, which can take several minutes.
