Users
Use the Users window to see what user (user object) your image is connected to and change to a different user object. If you are library supervisor, you can also use the window to add, remove, or modify user objects for your team's library.

Opening the Users window
To open the Users window, from the full Options menu, select Users.
To close the Users window, double-click on the system icon or complete all desired operations in the window and select OK.
Defined users
The Defined users field lists the users (user objects) for the library. A library always has at least one user object, Library Supervisor.
For each user object, the Defined users field provides the following information:
Full Name
A full name is the user's name. It is case-sensitive.
Network
A network name is the user's network logon ID.
Unique
A unique name is any unique value, such as a user's logon ID or employee number.
Current user
The Current user field names the user object to which your image is connected. Any configuration maps, applications, subapplications, or parts are managed or owned by the user object connected to the image when the component is made.
OK
After you finish work on user objects, select OK to close the Users window.
Change User
Select Change User to change the user object for your image to a different user object.
To change the user object, select the user object that you want and then Change User.
If your system supports password checking, you must supply a password when prompted.
