Start testing new VAST features before their official release
What is ECAP?
ECAP is our "Early Customer Access Program."
Starting 2 to 3 months before Instantiations does a major release of the VAST Platform, we make an internal, pre-release
build of VAST available to our customers.
The purpose of ECAP is to provide our users with the opportunity to test new features and provide feedback to our engineering team prior to the next release.
Why participate in ECAP?
In short, it helps us improve VAST more quickly.
While we have extensive automated testing, some features require manual evaluation and a more "human touch", and that's why we'd like your help.
We encourage ECAP testers to share all their feedback and report any bugs that are encountered, so our engineers can make the upcoming release as fine-tuned and bug-free as possible.
Pre-release versions are snapshots of internal builds that are a work-in-progress. They may, or may not, be fully functional and are not intended for use in production systems.
Get Started with ECAP
If you are a VAST Platform customer with an active support plan, you already have access to download ECAP pre-releases whenever they are available.

Together, we can build something great.
