Runtime error at startup

Error Runtime error: Primitive failed in: Object??#at: due to Index out of range in argument 1 at runtime is normally due to one of two things:

•	You need to separate your application's strings, or update the separation

•	You need to rebind image strings

A common cause of this error is to modify a VA Smalltalk class or application and repackage into an IC without also regenerating .mpr files.
