Steps

To delete a method, do the following:

1.	Open an Applications Browser, Classes Browser, Hierarchy Browser, Application Browser, Methods Browser, Class Browser, or a TrailBlazer.

2.	Select the application, class, and category that contain the method.

3.	From the list of methods, select the method you want to delete. You can delete more than one method at a time. To select more than one method, press the Ctrl key while you select the methods.

4.	From the Methods menu, select Delete.

If the application containing the method is not an edition, a window is displayed asking whether you want a scratch edition of the application made. If you want a scratch edition made, select Yes; otherwise, select No or Cancel. If you confirm, the selected methods are deleted from the class and unloaded from your image.
