Event symbol

Specify the event symbol that is used to notify other parts that the event has taken place. This can be the same as the event name.

Event symbols are used within the code to signal to connected parts that the event has happened.

If you select the Add with defaults or Defaults push button, the event symbol is the same as the Event. For example, if a push button has an Event of clicked, then the event symbol is also clicked.
