The Redis library does not come pre-loaded with the product. To load the library, choose the Load/Unload features... menu item from the Tools pull down on the Transcript window. In the dialog box, choose

    ST: Server Redis

and move them to the right pane using the arrow keys. You may notice that other VAST features also move to the right pane. The JOSE library relies on these features to work. Dismiss the dialog with OK. It may take a minute or two to load this feature.
