Adding a Connection Spec part
In addition to the Connection part, you must also add at least one Connection Spec part:
1. Select the Connection Spec part from the category representing the protocol you are using.
2. Add the selected part to an empty area of the free-form surface.
3. To specify the remote machine and the protocol-specific communication details, open the Settings view of the Connection Spec part and provide the required information:
o For APPC, specify the partner transaction program (TP) and logical unit (LU) names.
o For CICS, specify the program name, server name, transaction ID, and the user ID required to access the remote system.
o For CPI-C, specify the partner transaction program (TP) and logical unit (LU) names or the partner symbolic destination name.
o For MQI, specify the queue manager, request queue, and reply queue names.
o For RPC, specify the server name, program number, program version and network type.
o For TCP/IP, specify the remote host name or IP address and port number.
