Delay class and instance methods
The class methods for Delay include the following: 
forMilliseconds: 
Answers a new Delay that, when sent the message wait, suspends the active process for a specified millisecond count. 
forSeconds: 
Answers a new Delay that, when sent the message wait, suspends the active process for a specified second count. 
untilMilliseconds: 
Answers a new Delay that, when sent the message wait, suspends the active process until the millisecond clock reaches the specified value. 
The instance methods include the following: 
resumptionTime 
Answers the millisecond clock value at which to resume the waiting process. 
wait 
Suspends the active process for the delay period.
