Dragging parts
To drag a part, click and hold down the appropriate mouse button (see note below). Move the mouse pointer to the point where you want to position the part you are dragging; then release the button.
Note:
In all UNIX platforms, use mouse button 2 to drag a part; in Windows, use mouse button 1.
Selecting multiple parts
To select multiple parts, hold down the Ctrl key and click mouse button 1 on the items you want to select. This is referred to as a selection set.
Note:
Only parts that can be operated upon as a set may be contained in a selection set. A set of parts placed within a window, for instance, may be selected together for the purpose of sizing or alignment. A window and a push button cannot be selected together.
Displaying part pop-up menus
To display pop-up menus, click the appropriate mouse button on the part in the Composition Editor or Parts List.
Note:
In Windows, use mouse button 2. In some Linux implementations, use mouse button 3.
