Tracepoint/Breakpoint Conditions
Use the
Tracepoint/Breakpoint Conditions window to set tracepoints and breakpoints for the connections you are debugging. You can only set breakpoints on those connections that are being traced (have tracepoints set on them).
Fields
From the Breakpoints and Tracepoints boxes, select from the following:
•To select specific connections to set breakpoints on and trace all connections, select
Selected part connections from the
Breakpoints box and
All connections from the
Tracepoints box. The
Select Breakpoints window displays.
•To not have any breakpoints set and select specific connections to trace, select
None from the
Breakpoints box and
Selected part connections from the
Tracepoints box. The
Select Tracepoints window displays.
•To select specific connections to set breakpoints on and select specific connections to be traced, select
Selected part connections from both the
Breakpoints and
Tracepoints box. The
Select Tracepoints and traced breakpoints window displays.
Note:
Because you cannot set breakpoints on a connection that is not already being traced, you cannot set breakpoints on all connections while tracing only a subset of all connections.
Push buttons
Select OK to accept the values and close the window.
Use Select to specify which connections you want breakpoints set on and which connections you want traced.
