Release
Select Release to release the selected subapplication to its containing application edition.
By releasing a subapplication, you instruct VA Smalltalk to load that particular subapplication edition if anyone loads its containing application. Thus, you generally release editions that you want to work with in the future.
Preconditions
To release a subapplication, you must be the manager of the containing application edition.
Basic and full menus
For the Basic Menus, selecting Release releases the selected subapplication to its containing application edition.
For the Full Menus, Release offers two choices:
