Select No Inheritance to list no methods of any other classes in the Scripts list.

If you have previously added methods to the class you are editing, those methods are listed. If you want to add new methods, you can use the New Method Template choice to create a template to modify. You can also select the Subpart Features Syntax icon to open the Subpart Features Syntax window.
