If you have
downloaded VAST Platform and want assistance installing it or in establishing a development environment in which to work, consult the
Installation Guide.
If you have an application written in VisualAge for Smalltalk or an earlier version of VAST Platform (VA Smalltalk) and are looking to upgrade, the Migration Guide will direct you down the path and make you aware of specific changes to VAST Platform (VA Smalltalk) over its history which may apply to your application.
Getting Started will show you a short development cycle using a simple example. Through it you will learn the basic tools and concepts available to support solo and team development. Getting Started relies on your having installed VAST Platform.
