Generating default scripts
For each attribute that you add to your part's public interface, you need scripts that get and set the attribute value. The names of these scripts match the entries in the Get selector and Set selector fields on the Attributes page of the Public Interface Editor.
You can have VA Smalltalk generate these scripts for you. To do this, select Generate Default Scripts from the File menu of the Public Interface Editor.

You can generate all of the default scripts or just those you select.
If you need to add more logic to these scripts, you can switch to the Script Editor by selecting the 
symbol, and then edit them.
