To ensure the notebook is always sized to fill the inside of the window part, open its settings, select framingSpec and then .... In the Framing Spec window, set each edge of the notebook to the parent's same edge. For example, set the Attachment type for Bottom to XmATTACHFORM. Then, type 0 in the Offset field for each edge. When you finish, select OK to save the settings.
