Before proceeding, you must first load the C Language feature, the COBOL Language feature, or both depending on what languages you will be using.

In the Organizer, from the Options menu, select Load Features A window appears with a list of features that can be loaded. Select C Language or COBOL Language from the list and select OK. Messages are sent to your System Transcript window indicating the progress of the feature load, which can take several minutes.
