Before proceeding, you must first load the C Language feature, the COBOL Language feature, or both depending on what languages you will be using.

Select Load/Unload Features from the Options menu on the Organizer window. A window appears with a list of features that can be loaded. Select VA: Language Interface, C or VA: Language Interface, COBOL from the list and select OK. Messages are sent to your System Transcript window indicating the progress of the feature load, which can take several minutes.
