VA Smalltalk uses the abtrules.nls and abt.ini files to determine what languages it supports for translatable text files. Since VA Smalltalk reads these files every time it starts, you can modify the files with new languages before VA Smalltalk starts. Then, VA Smalltalk can access your translated text files.
