Setting runtime path information
To ensure that the operating system can find the files it needs to run your packaged runtime image, your operating system's control files must specify the correct directories in the LIBPATH (PATH for Windows) environment variables. (The control files are autoexec.bat for Windows, and .profile or whatever control file used for your particular UNIX shell.) This was set up during the installation of VA Smalltalk.
Refer to documentation on installation for information on setting environment variables if you have trouble getting your application to run.
