Examining the application's toBeLoadedCode and wasRemovedCode
An application that is intended to run in the cross development environment should have its toBeLoadedCode and wasRemovedCode methods modified or removed. toBeLoadedCode can cause globals to be added to an image's unmanaged namespace, preventing the packaging of base and dependent images. Pragmas replace toBeLoadedCode. See Declaring pool dictionaries, pool constants and globals for more information.
