The Rebar part implements behavior of the Window control by the same name. Initial placement of bands within this control is determined by order of creation. Although the order of the bands in the rebar changed can be changed, there is no way of changing the bounding rectangle that determines where the bands are displayed. Only the width of the band is available at the part level. Therefore it is not possible to drag and drop the bands in the free forms surface of the Composition Editor. Instead, the user must copy and paste bands if reordering is needed.
