File-out format
To create runtime structures in the unmanaged namespace that correspond to the declarations in the application's or subapplication's declaration methods, application file-outs are prefixed with expressions that use declareVariable:, declarePoolDictionary:, and other similar protocols.
These expressions are sufficient to permit the class definitions and methods contained in the file-in to compile and execute correctly. If an application contains declaration methods, the namespaces for the affected applications should be rebuilt by selecting Make Consistent from the Applications menu of an Application Manager with the affected applications selected. This moves the runtime structures to the application namespaces.
