Domino Address Book Part General Page 2
Use this page to create connection specifications for every available address book on your Domino mail server. This settings page does not configure the address book part, but helps you to set up new connection specifications.
Buttons and Fields
Access Set
Use the Access Set drop-down list to specify the name of an access set. A Domino access set is used to organize your Domino connection specifications.
New
Use the New button to specify a new access set. A Domino access set is used to store Domino connection specifications.
Mail Server
Use the Mail Server dropdown list do specify the Domino server which holds the names and address books you want to access. Be aware that you have to have sufficient access rights to open these databases.
Address Books
Use the Address Books list to determine for which names and address books you want to create additional connection specifications. The connection specifications will be created for the specified server and the corresponding access set. If the address book list is not up to date, use the Apply button to update the part.
Create All
Use the Create All button to create new connection specifications for all address books in the address book list.
Create Selected
Use the Create Selected button to create new connection specifications for all address books you selected from the address book list.
