Buttons and Fields
Alias Name
Use the Alias Name field to specify a name for a Domino connection specification. A Domino connection specification is used to access a specific Domino databases on a Domino server or on a local installation.
Domino Access Set
Use the Domino access set drop-down list to specify the name of an access set. A Domino access set is used to store connections specifications for an application.
Domino Server Name
Use the Domino server name field to specify the name of a Domino server. If you are not sure about the correct server name, ask your system administrator or use the Find Database button on the Domino Connection Specification Dialog.
Domino Database Name
Use the Domino database name field to specify the name of the Domino database to be accessed through the defined Domino connection alias. If you are not sure about the correct database name, ask your system administrator or use the Find Database button on the Domino Connection Specification Dialog.
Find Database
Use the Find Database button to open the Domino directory browser. You can navigate through your Domino network to find a specific Domino database. If the database is located on a Domino server, click on the (+) icon near the server icon to view the server's directory.
New Access Set
Use the New access set button to open the New access set dialog to specify a name for a Domino access set. A Domino access set is used to store available Domino connection specifications.
OK
Use the OK button to accept the new Domino connection specification and to make it available for future use.
Cancel
Use the Cancel button to abort the creation of a new Domino connection specification and to close the window.
