To select all columns in the Columns list, from the Columns pop-up menu, select Select all.

To deselect all columns in the Columns list, from the Columns pop-up menu, select Deselect all.

To select all the columns in the Columns list that are in a table or view, from the Columns pop-up menu, select Select all in table and then the table or view you want to select.
