The Unlisted feature field specifies the name of the feature that you want to promote.

If there are no unlisted features associated with the subpart that you have selected, then Unlisted feature is not available.

Normally, only variable parts will allow unlisted features to be promoted. Make sure you have the appropriate type of feature selected for the unlisted feature before adding it to the public interface.
