Specify a name that describes the event that will take place. This name will appear on the connection menu when you work with the part in the Composition Editor. Therefore, it is important to provide a descriptive name. For example, a push button has an event of clicked, and a list box has an event of selectedItemChanged.

Each event name must be unique within a part. Event names cannot contain DBCS characters.
