Select Create New to make an empty library.

Selecting Create New opens one or more windows, in which you specify the full path name for the new library.

After you create the new library, export applications to it and, unless you export user objects for your team to the new library, define its users.

Your team might want to use several libraries, one for development, one for test, and one for production components.
