Select Open to open a VA Smalltalk editor or a Smalltalk browser on a selected part.

For the Basic Menus, selecting Open opens a VA Smalltalk editor on the selected part. If the selected part is visual or nonvisual part, the Composition Editor opens. If it is a Smalltalk class, the Script Editor opens.
