Tearing off attributes
In addition to the procedure for tearing off an attribute, you can also get information on the following topics:
To tear off an attribute, do the following:
1. Select Tear off attribute from the pop-up menu of the part whose attribute you want to access. Another menu appears listing all of the attributes of the part.
2. Select the attribute you want to tear off.
The mouse pointer is now loaded with a part representing the attribute you selected.
3. Place the attribute on the free-form surface just as you would any other nonvisual part.
The torn-off attribute now appears as a stand-alone part connected to the original part by an attribute-to-attribute connection.
