Chapter 14 Special Browsers
Marked Methods Browser
Any method that is marked via the Methods | VA Assist Pro Tools | Mark command is added to this browser. Multiple methods may be marked at once. This is a useful tool for browsing a number of collaborating methods in one place. By default, the methods are sorted by class and selector and the browser updates immediately.
Recently Modified Methods Browser

Any method that has been edited is added to this browser (up to a maximum number of methods determined by the Method List size value). This tool makes it very easy to go back to any recently edited method and to file out multiple edited methods at once. By default, the methods are sorted by the order in which they were edited (with the most recently edited method at the top) and the browser updates immediately.
Recently Visited Methods Browser
Any method that has been visited is added to this browser (up to a maximum number of methods determined by the Method List size value). By default, the methods are sorted by class and selector and the browser updates whenever it gains focus.
Marked Classes Browser
Any class that is marked via the Classes | VA Assist Pro Tools | Mark command is added to this browser. Multiple classes may be marked at once. This is a useful tool for browsing a number of collaborating classes in one place.
Multiple Selector Browser
This browser is used to view senders or implementors of multiple method selectors. It is used whenever a wildcard message search returns multiple method selectors or whenever any of the Methods | Messages commands are used. The list of senders or implementors in the right hand pane is sorted by class name.
Spell Check Browser
Used to view the results of any batch spell check operation. It displays all of the methods referring to missing or misspelled methods. Includes options to export the list of missing selectors to the clipboard or the Transcript.
Unreleased Classes Browser
Quickly view the unreleased classes owned by the selected user. Version and release them in place. With thanks to Sherwood Zern.
