Non Commercial License

Please read the following carefully:

Instantiations offers an NC (Non-Commercial) license for SWT Designer™, Swing Designer™ and WindowBuilder™ Pro. This license is appropriate for recreational, hobby, or academic research or instruction purposes only. "Non-commercial" in this context does not mean "non-profit."

It is not appropriate for use by for-profit or non-profit corporations, or any other use where the product adds value to an organization's business, scientific, or administrative processes or products regardless of whether or not those uses generate a financial benefit to the user organization.

 For the avoidance of doubt, the following are considered examples of commercial uses of the Software and are not appropriate for an NC license:

1. use by or for a for-profit or non-profit organization (except for organizations such as public libraries and small charities);

2. use for financial gain, personal or otherwise; 

3. use by government agencies; 

4. use by a company’s research or advanced development group;

5. use by a university to build administrative systems

6. use by a telecommunication or Internet service provider company; 

7. use at home or while traveling for work for which you will be paid 

8. use in connection with the provision of professional service for which you are compensated (including paid system administration);

9. use as an 'extended evaluation' for commercial purposes

 To qualify for a Non-Commercial Version License, You must:

1. use the Software solely for recreational, hobby, academic research or instruction, or

2. other use approved in advance by Instantiations.

If You qualify for a Non-Commercial Version License, You may use the Software under this license.
