• Eclipse 3.5 Support —Maintaining our commitment to stay in sync with the annual Eclipse release train, Instantiations is pleased to provide full support for Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo).
• OSGi Profiling — CodePro Profiler now supports performance analysis for applications utilizing the OSGi framework.
• Dynamic Rule Engine — Version 2.2 expands the dynamic, runtime checks to be performed on your Java applications in the areas of security validation, argument validation and invocation sequence validation.

CodePro Profiler v2.1 further helps you identify performance issues early in the development cycle with these enhancements:

• Headless Profiling — In addition to profiling right from developers' desktops, you can empower your QA team to report on performance issues such as memory and CPU usage by including profiling in your build process and on the web/application server.
• Advanced Memory Leak Discovery — A memory leak occurs in Java when an object is no longer needed but there is still a reference to it somewhere, preventing the garbage collector from automatically reclaiming the memory used by the object. Advanced Memory Leak Discovery in CodePro Profiler allows you to identify memory leaks using JUnit tests, or by comparing two or more memory snapshots.
• Extended Support for IBM Java IDEs — CodePro Profiler now supports the IBM^® Sametime^® environment, and provides improved support for WebSphere^®, Rational Application Developer^® and Lotus Notes.^®
  
• Additional Memory Inspections — Identify memory issues sooner with more memory inspections throughout the analysis process.
