Color highlighting allows the developer to quickly see
which packages are open editions or scratch editions. Open
editions appear in blue and scratch editions appear in red.
The default colors that are used may be changed via the "VA Assist | Browser"
options page. Whether colors are used at all in the Parts Browser can be
set via the "Use Colors"
option in the "VA Assist | Generator"
options page.
