with a description of the problem, along with the VA Assist error log, if it exists. The
VA Assist error log is dynamically created when an exception occurs in either the VA
Assist product or the VisualAge for Java product. If it exists, the VA Assist error
log will be located at:
<VAJ_ROOT>\ide\program\va-debug.log
