A task can be scheduled to start
- at a particular time on a particular date,
- at Start Up when Visual Age for Java is first started,
- or at Shut Down when you select "Exit" or "Exit without Saving" in
the "File" menu,
- after any other arbitrary task.
A task can be scheduled to repeat after a specified number of days, hours, and/or
minutes have elapsed since the last time that the task was started. The minimum
number of minutes between repetitions is 5 minutes.
Optionally, the scheduler can prompt the user before a task is run. The prompter
can be configured to only appear for a specified number of seconds and if no response,
then either automatically run the task or not. If the user clicks "Don't ask me
again" and then clicks "Yes", the task will be reconfigured to run without
prompting in the future. If "No" is clicked, the task will be disabled and will
not run again unless re-enabled.

The task can be enabled or disabled by clicking the "Task is Enabled"
checkbox. The task also may be set to be remove automatically after a
specific time period.
