Hide serial numbers from all users

Hide serial numbers from all users except for the Administrator.

Bypass blank passwords all users

With this on, users with blank serial numbers can bypass the serial number prompt. Users with non-blank serial numbers will still require the serial number prompt.

Bypass password check for __emsrv__

With this on the "__emsrv__" user will not require a password.

Use automatic license/serial number assignment

With this option on, multi-user or site-license serial numbers will be automatically assigned as needed to users attempting to use VA Assist (up to the maximums allows by the serial numbers).

Serial Numbers

The Administrator may globally manage the serial numbers assigned to different users. Ever user defined within the repository is listed with their assigned serial numbers and the date at which they first began to use VA Assist. Click in the serial number field to change a serial number. To apply a multi-user serial number to multiple users, select those users and use the "Set" button. Likewise, the "Clear" button may be used to clear the serial numbers from multiple users. 

The "Export" button may be used to export all of the serial numbers to a tab-delimited text file suitable for editing within Excel or a text editor.

The "Import" button may be used to load/merge serial numbers from a tab-delimited text file. The first line of the file should start with the text "<VA Assist Enterprise Serial Numbers>". Each subsequent line should be composed of a user's full name (exactly as it appears in any of the user lists) followed by a tab and then the user's assigned serial number. If no serial number is specified for a user, any existing serial number will be removed from that user when the file is imported. Loading the serial number file is an "all or nothing" transaction. If any error is detected in the format of the file or a serial number is invalid or assigned to too many users, the entire transaction will abort and an appropriate error message will be displayed.
