Clicking the "Delete" button opens a "Delete Export Set"
confirmation dialog. If an Export Set is not currently loaded or the SHIFT key is
held down when the "Delete" button is clicked, the the "Delete Multiple Export Sets" dialog will appear
instead
In the "Delete Export Set" dialog, clicking "Yes" will delete the
specified Export Set. Clicking "No" will leave the named saved Export Set
unchanged.
