Use drag/drop to reorganize components. Methods may be moved or copied between classes;
classes may be moved or copied between packages; and packages may be moved between
projects. The standard drag operation (i.e., no modifier keys) performs a move operation
(just as in Windows Explorer). Holding down the Control key performs a copy operation.
Whether drag drop is allowed and which mouse button is used to initiate a drag
operation may be changed via the "VA
