Normally, VA Java does not remember the location of any dialog that the
user has opened and re-positioned. This can be very annoying, for example,
when repeatedly accessing the Find/Replace dialog. VA Assist provides an
option that adds a lock/unlock icon to all dialogs.
When that option is enabled (i.e., showing a lock icon), the position of the dialog will be recorded
and the dialog will be re-opened in that position the next time it is
accessed. VA Assist also provides an option to always record the position
of all dialogs without adding a lock/unlock icon to each
dialog.
This option can be configured via the "VA
Assist | Layout" options page.
